These terms govern your use of ClearNext, an Alderwave Labs LLC product. By using the service, you agree to use it only within the boundaries described below.

Purpose

ClearNext provides automated decision-clarity prompts for ordinary, low-stakes personal, career, relationship, and life choices. It is an informational tool, not a substitute for your judgment or professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClearNext to violate law, harm another person, make decisions for someone without their knowledge, interfere with the service, probe its security, or automate requests beyond ordinary personal use.

No professional or emergency advice

ClearNext is not therapy and does not provide medical, legal, financial, emergency, self-harm, abuse, or personal-safety advice. Do not rely on it when anyone may be in danger or when a qualified professional is needed. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate trusted or qualified person instead.

AI outputs and responsibility

Outputs may be incomplete, overly simplified, unsuitable, or wrong. ClearNext cannot verify the facts you enter or predict what will happen. You remain responsible for checking important information and deciding whether any suggested next action is appropriate.

Availability

ClearNext is an early service. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Subscriptions

ClearNext Pro costs $7 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment, and the subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your ClearNext account; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Stripe.

Refunds and support

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error or the paid service was unavailable, email alderwavelabs@gmail.com so the issue can be reviewed.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continuing to use ClearNext after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
